Returns

We understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product. Our return policy is designed to make the process as smooth as possible.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The return must be requested within 14 days of receiving your product.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@damascent.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.

Non-Returnable Items:

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, personalised items, and downloadable software products are non-returnable.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
